2023 FRESHMAN CAMP - June 19-22: 2-4pm

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING
Players will receive instruction for individual skill development, team development, and gameplay competition from Coach Kegley and the Westlake High School Boys Basketball Coaching Staff. Some players will be selected to participate in Summer Basketball Leagues and Tournaments. Not all players will be selected to participate in the leagues or tournaments. Schedules for the summer games will be given out at camp.

Physical Day: Saturday, May 20 All athletes are required to have a physical before they are allowed to participate, including participation in summer practices.
There is a low-cost Physical Day offered Saturday, May 20st. This will take care of your physical for any sport for the entire 2023-2024 school year; plus, Dr. Blatt is generously donating the $35 fee back to Westlake High School (Cash Only)Athletes need to register on www.athleticclearance.com. Once there, parents will be asked all necessary questions and the information will be submitted online (details are attached). Once you complete the online forms and upload the completed physical, you can print the "Confirmation Message" page. This sheet will need to be printed and signed and then submitted to Mandy Rogers, our Athletic Secretary, either in person or scanned and sent via email (arrogers@conejousd.org). PLEASE SEE ALL ATTACHED FORMS.
